Auditions and actors

When we made our plan for the opening, I had a rough idea of whom we could potentially cast. We asked my friend, but unfortunately she was unavailable due to her busy schedule. Muhjah and I had a clear idea of what the actors should look like, the kidnaped looking smaller and weaker than the kidnapper. We also wanted a specific physique for the kidnapper role, therefore we decided to cast a male. 

In the film, we needed there to be 2 or more extras, who could play the gang of kidnappers, having minimal screen time. One of our friends volunteered to help us out, however she was not available during the time of filming as she had to leave the city. Therefore, this became a strenuous task as we needed the actors to match specific characteristics, yet we could not find anyone in our lives who was willing, or fit, for that role. Hence, we held auditions. 

These were the posters I made, handing them out in school, as well as uploading it on my Instagram story, and we received an overwhelming response!!
